We will assign a driver specific to your route. Your vehicle will be loaded onto a car carrier or flat bed. A 2-day window is requested for pickup. Transit time may range from 1-10 days, depending on distance and road conditions.
Yes, we offer a door-to-door service if the driver can safely and legally maneuver through to your front door. Restrictions such as city/county laws, low hanging trees, or cul-de-sacs, may apply in some residential areas. In these cases, it is common for drivers to ask to meet at a nearby location.
Rest assured; your vehicle is insured during transit. Drivers are required to carry a specific amount of insurance based on their trailer size per DOT guidelines.
Remove all valuable items and documents from the vehicle. A quarter tank of gas or less is preferable. The lighter the car, the better.
We recommend not to. Personal items are not insured. We are not responsible for any damaged or stolen items. Drivers allow up to 100lbs of personal items in the trunk of the vehicle at no additional cost. If you are leaving anything in the cab of the vehicle, please keep it below window level.
Choose between open trailer or enclosed trailer transport.
Prices vary based on current market rates, fuel cost, distance, locations, demand, and dimensions of the vehicle. Contact one of our transport specialists for an accurate quote.
It is best to begin the process about 2 weeks before your vehicle is ready for pickup.
A deposit is paid over the phone once the driver is secured, and all the final details have been presented to you. The remaining balance is typically paid on delivery directly to our driver with a money order/cashier’s check, cash or Zelle.
While the goal is to ensure all our transports are completed promptly and safely, we understand that things happen on the road. Inspections are conducted at pickup and delivery. If damaged, please ensure that the damage is noted on the inspection sheet (Bill of Lading) upon delivery. Give us a call immediately to report the incident. Your agent will then advise you of the next step. We recommend taking photos and videos before your vehicle is picked up for documentation purposes.
No. You may authorize anyone to release or accept the vehicle on your behalf.
